How many guests can you accommodate?
The Carriage House an accommodate up to 150 guests under the covered pavilion and the ceremony meadow holds about the same.
The Mansion itself consists of 7 king sized guest suites, each with their own ensuite, for overnight guests.
Do we have to use your recommended caterers or other vendors?
You can choose your own caterers and vendors (see below for bar service requirements)! You can even do your own catering and bring your own alcohol (we’ve had several couples load up from Costco). We do ask that the alcohol be monitored and/or poured by a bartender that is TIPS certified - if you’re unable to locate a certified bartender, we’re happy to provide two bartenders for $60/hour.

What ‘rentals’ do you include?
All of our ‘rentals’ are included in the listed rental price for no additional fee.
We have 200 white resin chairs that are allegedly rated for up to 1,000 lbs.
There are 23 tables and each are 7 feet x 41 inches. They’re solid wood, but they do fold up. The tables are gorgeous and don’t require linens (yay)!

A mobile bar (mobile because it’s on casters, but it’s heavy to move)

What happens if it rains?
We can accommodate 150ish people under the pavilion at the Carriage House. If you’re set on having the ceremony in the meadow site, we recommend having a tent rental on standby and making a wedding week decision on whether or not to use a tent. Alternatively, we’ve hosted the wedding under the pavilion, then done a quick set change to bring the reception tables out.
Do you allow pets?
I love all animals but we do not allow guests to bring pets (other than service animals) and we don’t allow pets to stay in the Mansion overnight. The couple may bring up to two pets for their ceremony only if you have an assigned animal handler to each pet and have filled out and signed the Pet Release. They may not attend the reception and can’t stay in the Mansion overnight or unattended at any time.
Do you provide a coordinator for the day of the wedding?
We do not provide day of coordination unless you opt for our Full Service Event Design package. Either way, we will have a venue representative on site or easily available throughout your rental period to answer any questions and greet other vendors.
Are fireworks or sparklers allowed?
Our property is located in a part of Montana where fires are an issue. For that reason, we do not allow fireworks or sparklers unless we’ve discussed and agreed to limited use beforehand.
Do you include accommodations?
Yes- The Mansion includes 7 guest suites (with ensuite bathrooms). Each suite is outfitted with a king bed.
Can we move furniture within the Mansion or out of the Mansion?
We require prior consent so let us know if you would like to move any furniture (our 30 day walk through is a good time to do this).
Do you provide heaters for the Carriage House?
We have two top hat heaters available for use and we will provide propane for those heaters.
What are our trash and clean up expectations?
We expect trash to be picked up and put into trash bins and bags. We’ll provide the trash bins and bags and full bags from the Carriage House can be piled under the Juniper tree, and full bags from the Mansion can be piled underneath the breakfast porch. Remember that any pedals, confetti, other organic materials are considered trash for this paragraph.
The Mansion rooms can be left like you would a hotel- please pack all your belongings, but no cleaning expectations. Any flowers or food can be left (we like to find good homes like the nursing home or homeless shelter).
Please plan to wipe down surfaces (kitchen counters, tables) and put the tables and chairs away in the trailer.
