Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I love origin stories, history, and winding roads. Slow Sunday mornings with cinnamon rolls and golden hour on the porch. I believe in living your best life and enjoying every moment… and to me, this means taking risks to live big.

The Mansion is ultimately a story of rebirth. I’ve always been fascinated (I usually say obsessed) with the Mansion- see below for more on that- so when I ended up the owner it felt like a dream.

However, when I purchased the property, it was in very bad repair- no roof, most windows had been broken out, vandals had come through, walls were literally falling down. Basically, the Mansion was a sad, derelict building. But it’s always been a beacon on the hill, so over the next few years I put uncounted hours, blood, sweat, and tears into renovating the Mansion into an elegant venue with every detail thought out. Literally, I’d been planning and thinking about the details since I was in elementary school.

It’s such a pleasure to see the Mansion now. The Mansion is a shining, central part of our small town of Somers, Montana. She thrives when filled with nervous brides, happy tears, giggling children, delicious food, connection, and joy.

My Mansion Backstory:

I grew up just a few miles south of the Mansion in Somers- I passed it every time we went to town. I dreamed and dreamed about the Mansion. I think every little girl growing up in Somers has dreamed of living in the Mansion. Through my childhood, the Mansion was owned by a very private family and the inside remained a mystery to almost everyone. I was so curious for a glimpse inside that, as an elementary schooler, I made chocolate chip cookies- they’ve always been my secret weapon. I had an mental picture of arriving with a freshly baked plate of cookies, knocking on the door, and the owner opening the door and inviting me in to say thank you. It sounded very plausible, I was a very cute little girl. Instead, I showed up on the porch, knocked on the door… and he turned off all the lights. I didn’t get anywhere near that property again for many years. But I kept dreaming.

You can’t imagine my surprise when I was able to purchase the Mansion in 2020 (it’s a Cinderella story- ask me about it sometime!).
